Finding the Love You Want is a series of four psycho-educational workshops which offers a good opportunity to understand why you struggle in certain situations or with certain people and the chance to discover new options.
Through reflective exercises and much hands-on practice with the members of the group, we will help you identifying the key gaps and unconscious dynamics that stop you from living the life you want.
The safe and not judgmental space we will create will facilitate the members of the group to share their own stories and difficulties.
The opportunity to talk about your own experience and listen to the others, will allow you to trust each member and feel connected to the group.
While experimenting and practising exercises, we will introduce you some theories to help you understanding and feeling in control of your life. You will be able to generate new ideas and insights about yourself and the others and learn new skills. This learning process will prepare and encourage you to explore new behaviours in your everyday life.
